  2002 Season Started Weds April 10th

"SOONER LAKE"
WEDNESDAY NIGHT JACKPOT

The Jackpot is a weekly buddy tournament, held on Sooner Lake.

The Jackpot starts at 5:45 at  the west loading ramp off HWY 177, and runs until 8:30. After Daylight Savings Time, the Jackpot starts and 6:00 and runs until 9:00. Be at the ramp 30 minutes prior to takeoff! Entry fee to be announced.


The First Jackpot should be the first Wednesday in April. Most years start with about 35 boats entered. 
      

2002 Jackpot Results
 

The report for April 24 was Glen Johnson Sr. and Jr. taking it all home with one fish of 6.9 lbs....

 

 The tournament on May 1, was Dean Gratias and Mike Lewis with 10.4 lbs, and  big bass of 5.15 lbs with first, and Stuever and Hasenfratz with second weighing in 7.6 lbs...

 

  For May 8,  was Platt and Jensen with 5.8 lbs, and big bass of 2.9 lbs taking it all home..

 

 For  May 16,  It was Steve and Tom Owens winning it all with 6.14 lbs, and big bass of 4.12 lbs.

April 10th

1st Place

Butch Adams & James Burnett 10lbs 8oz

Big Bass 6lbs 12ozs

2nd Place

Hall & Farrington 8 lbs 6 ozs

3rd Place

Owens & Owens 7 lbs 4 ozs

The Tournament had 15 boats entered and  20 bass were caught

 

Wed night winners for the 17th of April were Farrington and Hall with
8.01lbs., second was Stevens and Stevens with 7.02 lbs, and big bass of 4.12 lbs were Cain and Ball. With 12 boats competing.
